By subscribing to Loop Menu, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.
2. Free Trial Period
2.1 Trial Duration and Terms
Loop Menu offers a 14-day free trial for new customers with the following terms:
- No credit card required: You can start your trial without providing payment information
- Full access: All features of your selected plan are available during the trial
- No automatic charges: Your trial will not automatically convert to a paid subscription
- One-time offer: Free trial is available once per restaurant/business entity
2.2 Trial Limitations
To prevent abuse of the trial system:
- One trial per unique restaurant or business entity
- One trial per payment method and email address
- We reserve the right to verify eligibility and refuse trial access
- Previous paid customers are not eligible for trials
2.3 End of Trial
At the end of your 14-day trial:
- You will receive email notifications at 7 days and 1 day before trial end
- Access will be limited until you choose a paid plan
- Your data will be retained for 30 days to allow you to upgrade
- After 30 days of inactivity, your account and data may be permanently deleted

- Monthly subscriptions: Billed every 30 days from the date of purchase
- Annual subscriptions: Billed once per year from the date of purchase
- Billing date: Subscriptions renew on the same day each billing period
- Payment methods: Credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets
3.3 Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew unless:
- You cancel before the renewal date
- Payment fails and cannot be processed
- Your account is suspended or terminated
You will receive email reminders 7 days before each renewal date.

You can cancel your Loop Menu subscription at any time through:

4.3 What Happens After Cancellation

- Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription within 30 days without data loss
4.4 No Cancellation Fees
Loop Menu does not charge any cancellation or early termination fees. You can cancel anytime without penalty.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Monthly Subscription Refunds
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
- Full refund available within 7 days of payment
- Applies to first-time subscribers and plan upgrades
- No questions asked - simple refund process
- Account access is revoked upon refund processing
Important: After the 7-day period, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period upon cancellation.
5.2 Annual Subscription Refunds
Pro-Rated Refund Policy:
- Within 30 days: Full refund minus one month's subscription fee at the monthly rate
- 31-90 days: Pro-rated refund based on unused months
- After 90 days: No refunds, but you can cancel future renewals

Scenario: You purchased the Starter Annual Plan for ₹28,788 and want to cancel after 4 months.
Calculation:
- Used period: 4 months × ₹2,399 = ₹9,596
- Refund amount: ₹28,788 - ₹9,596 = ₹19,192
5.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Custom development or integration work (if applicable)
- Third-party service fees (POS integration, payment processing, etc.)
- Setup or onboarding fees for Enterprise plans (if applicable)
- Discounted or promotional pricing differences
- Subscriptions beyond 90 days for annual plans
5.4 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your registered email address and restaurant name
- Subscription plan and payment date
- Reason for refund (optional but appreciated)
- Preferred refund method

6. Failed Payments and Service Suspension
6.1 Payment Failure Process
If your payment fails during automatic renewal:

- Day 3: Second payment attempt and reminder email
- Day 5: Final payment attempt and warning email
- Day 7: Service suspension if payment still fails
6.2 Service Suspension
During suspension:
- QR menu and ordering services are disabled
- Dashboard access is limited to payment update only
- Your data remains intact and secure
- Reactivation is immediate upon successful payment
6.3 Account Termination
If payment is not received within 30 days of suspension:
- Your account may be permanently terminated
- All data will be scheduled for deletion
- You will receive final notification 7 days before data deletion
- Data can be exported before termination
7. Plan Changes and Downgrades
7.1 Plan Upgrades
You can upgrade your plan at any time:
- Upgrade takes effect immediately
- You are charged the pro-rated difference for the current billing period
- Next renewal will be at the new plan's full price
- All upgraded features are instantly available
7.2 Plan Downgrades
You can downgrade your plan at any time:
- Downgrade takes effect at the next renewal date
- You retain current plan features until renewal
- No pro-rated refunds for unused time on higher-tier plans
- Features exceeding new plan limits will be disabled upon downgrade
Note: If your current usage exceeds the limits of the downgraded plan, you must adjust your usage (e.g., remove locations, reduce menu items) before the downgrade can take effect.
7.3 Switching Billing Cycles
You can switch between monthly and annual billing:
- Monthly to Annual: Takes effect immediately with pro-rated credit applied
- Annual to Monthly: Takes effect at the end of current annual term
8. Special Circumstances
8.1 Technical Issues
If you experience service disruptions due to issues on our end:
- We will provide service credits for downtime exceeding 24 hours
- Service credits are calculated as a percentage of your monthly fee
- Credits are automatically applied to your next bill
- You may request a refund instead of credits if downtime exceeds 72 hours
8.2 Force Majeure
No refunds will be provided for service interruptions caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions or regulations
- Internet service provider failures
- Third-party service outages (POS systems, payment processors, etc.)
- Cyber attacks or security incidents beyond our control
8.3 Account Violations
If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions:
- No refunds will be provided
- All prepaid amounts are forfeited
- You may be liable for damages
9. Enterprise and Custom Plans
Enterprise and custom plans may have different cancellation and refund terms:
- Terms are defined in individual contracts
- May include minimum commitment periods
- May have different refund schedules
- Custom development work is typically non-refundable

10. Data Export and Portability
Before or after cancellation, you can export:

11. Disputes and Resolution
